Caregiver (PM Shift) - Senior Living Community

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team at Suite Living Senior Care in Vadnais Heights, MN. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Job SummarySuite Living Senior Memory Care & Assisted Living provides Memory Care and Specialty Senior Services in a professionally managed and carefully designed setting. Our care team has over 20 years of experience in Memory Care, Assisted Living & Long Term Care settings.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help residents with medication management, including administering prescribed medications
- Support residents with mobility and ambulation, including assisting with transfers and walking
- Assist residents with personal care and hygiene, including toileting and incontinence care
- Help residents with physical therapy exercises and activities
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the Dietary Manager
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Report any unusual incidents or concerns to the care team
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Caregiver required (CNA/HHA/PCA/RA/NAR)
- CNA Certification preferred but not required
- Experience in an Assisted Living/Memory Care setting highly preferred
- Experience with Med Passing highly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) required
- Respectful and compassionate attitude, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Advantage of working in a small homelike community living environment with excellent Leadership & Licensed Nursing onsite support
- Advantage of higher than normal standard care of staff-to-resident ratio
Please note, ALL shifts (PT & FT) are required to work an e/o weekend shift. We have a strict no cell phone use on duty policy.
