Data Center Construction Assistant Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Permanent Assistant Superintendent for our Data Center Construction project. This is a night shift role, offering a unique opportunity to work on one of the most sophisticated data center construction projects in the industry.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Superintendent in overseeing the construction of a state-of-the-art data center, ensuring all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the construction team, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other project documents, resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and client specifications.
- Identify potential issues or delays and work collaboratively with the project team to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports and records of construction activities, including progress reports, safety logs, and quality control documents.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in data center construction or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data center construction processes, including electrical, mechanical, and civil works.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- A thorough understanding of construction safety regulations and building codes, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with team members, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and other relevant computer applications.
