Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Construction Superintendent to join our team at Generac Power Systems. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of data center projects from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction efforts, including craft employees and subcontractors, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, including sequencing and engineering, to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Manage and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data center construction, including experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Certification and knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
