Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical IT Support Specialist to join our team at Raymond Alexander Associates and RAA Temps LLC.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support for UNIX/Linux infrastructure, Epicor Array, server, desktop, network, printer, email, and backup infrastructures.
  • Offer helpdesk support for all employees, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the Information Technology Director to develop procedures and checklists for infrastructure, troubleshooting, and operation.
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in supporting network infrastructures and IT systems in a Microsoft and UNIX/Linux environment.
  • A working knowledge of UNIX/Linux shell scripting, MS Office, Windows 11, TCP/IP, and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with MS PowerShell, UNIX Cyberquery, VLAN, VPN, CISCO Meraki, G-SUITE administration, VMWare ESX, and Epicor Array is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
