We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health, Safety, and Environment Specialist to join our team at Faurecia Clean Mobility. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the respect and enforcement of our Group's HSE policy.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze site risks and develop solutions to improve working conditions, industrial safety, and environmental respect
- Assist in the development of an annual HSE action plan for site management
- Coach and support site management and employees
- Participate in Faurecia's HSE network
- Monitor legal compliance and manage site relations with local government and regulatory organizations
- Understand and report HSE indicators (FR0t, environmental data)
- Assist in organizing and driving HSE audits and trainings
- Conduct accident investigations and drive corrective actions
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a specialization in Health, Safety & Environment, or a related field of study
- Knowledge of local, regional, and national regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
- General knowledge of automotive production plant technologies
