Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Italian Restaurant Server to join our team at Seminole Gaming. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and collect payments in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Be knowledgeable about menu specifications and adhere to food and beverage policies.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen expeditors and guests to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of food service experience, preferably in a table service restaurant.
  • Ability to carry trays weighing a minimum of 10lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
Work Environment

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy. You may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke and excessive noise.
