Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Server to join our team at Seminole Gaming. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Take orders and communicate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage tables and ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests and complaints.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum one year of high-volume food service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage policies and procedures.
Work Environment

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy. You may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke and excessive noise.

Please note that the Tribal Council gives preference in all employment practices to Native Americans. First preference is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
