Job SummaryThe Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, responding to their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage guest accounts, including posting charges and handling cash transactions.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services and amenities.
- Operate the PBX system, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and scheduling wake-up calls.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 6 months of experience in a hotel environment as a Front Desk Agent or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
