Position Overview: This role involves supporting client services, managing office tasks, and assisting portfolio managers to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle account administration requests from clients and portfolio managers, address inquiries, and offer guidance to ensure that essential information and documentation are current and accurate.
  2. Prepare account documentation and confirm account maintenance items, maintain account records, organize, scan, and manage all client files, assess daily operations for continuous enhancement, and coordinate client events/seminars.
  3. Provide telephone support, arrange business travel, coordinate client meetings, and perform regular file and calendar upkeep.
  4. Complete other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university is required, along with a Series 65 license, which must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Experience: A minimum of five years of relevant client services experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential.
