Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Medical Waste Careers. As an Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing A/P invoices and billing our clients using QuickBooks Online.

This part-time role requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively and maintain accurate records. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop & Online is essential, as well as experience using Zoho CRM or similar SAAS customer relationship management tools.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive problem-solving approach, taking on various operational challenges as they arise. They will also be able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment with minimal drama.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process A/P invoices and invoicing using QuickBooks Online
  • Prepare and generate A/R invoices to clients in a timely manner
  • Reconcile A/R invoicing
  • Maintain accurate and efficient record-keeping and documentation
  • Prepare collections reports on outstanding accounts
  • Generate Financial Reports and Forecasts on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop & Online for bookkeeping and invoicing.
  • Experience using Zoho CRM or similar SAAS customer relationship management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A "happy-go-lucky attitude", eager to contribute positively to our team.
  • A detail-oriented mindset, willing to dive into the "nitty-gritty" of daily operations.
Working Hours and Compensation:

Tuesdays, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, on-site at our Los Angeles office.

Salary range: $20-$30 per hour (part-time), depends on experience. Full-time positions may offer higher compensation and benefits. Part-time positions do not qualify for benefits. Sick leave is allocated per CA law.
