Automotive Collections Specialist

Position Overview:
As an Automotive Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and recovering delinquent automotive accounts with efficiency and professionalism. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all collection efforts adhere to established procedures and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve performance targets for collection activities based on individual metrics, including call volume and success rates.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, providing accurate account information while upholding integrity and compliance.
- Prioritize and execute calls to assigned accounts according to the collection strategy.
- Document all collection activities in the system, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Offer payment assistance and settlement options to clients in line with company policies.
- Ensure thorough follow-up on all accounts, adhering to established contact protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in collections.
- Stable employment history with no more than three positions in the last two years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong active listening abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-driven with a strong desire to achieve success.
