Position Overview: As a Collections Representative, you will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue automotive accounts in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve performance targets for collection activities on assigned accounts, adhering to individual goals and metrics.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, providing accurate account information while upholding compliance and quality standards.
- Prioritize calls to assigned accounts based on the established collection strategy.
- Document all collection actions in the system, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Facilitate payment plans and settlement options for clients in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure thorough follow-up on all accounts as per established guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in collections.
- Stable employment history with no more than three positions in the last two years.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Self-driven with a strong desire to achieve success.
