Job Overview

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying and forming relationships between Compu Dynamics leaders and decision-makers at Hyperscale companies, data center owners, and strategic partners.

To excel in this role, the BDE must possess an in-depth understanding of client needs and identify opportunities where Compu Dynamics' capabilities align with the client's mission.

  • Identify key client decision-makers and influencers within target clients.
  • Develop current relationships and expand relationships with individuals and teams who have influence over contractor selection, focusing on major Cloud Hyperscale companies such as MS, AWS, Google, Oracle, and Meta.
  • Seek to understand clients' needs from their perspective.
  • Represent the company's capabilities and business interests.
  • Find opportunities where the company's product/service offerings match clients' needs.
  • Shape the outcome of client decisions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication and cooperation between clients and the company's relevant departments and teams.
  • Collaborate with Estimating, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure comprehensive pre-construction services.
  • Support executives during negotiation of contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Utilize company software and other tools to document activities and performance.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by operating vehicles and equipment safely, adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards and risks, and contributing to a secure working environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Existing relationships with one or more key target clients, including MS, AWS, Google, Oracle, and Meta.
  • A proven track record in developing long-term business relationships.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction.
  • An understanding of data center design, construction, and/or operation.
Compensation and Benefits

Compu Dynamics offers a competitive salary range of $125,000-$175,000 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
