Business Process Improvement Specialist

- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their objectives and vision
- Support clients with data collection and analysis, needs assessment, requirements analysis, change management plans, and business process improvement recommendations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in fast-paced teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to conduct research and analysis
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree by May 2025
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with the U.S. federal government, military, or intelligence community
- Problem-solving skills with traditional and out-of-the-box solutions
- Excellent communication skills
