We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist with a focus on Skin Care Management to enhance our team at Carespring Health Care Management.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $32 to $38, plus an additional $2 for teamwork differential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive skin assessments on a weekly basis and documenting findings in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Implementing appropriate treatments and interventions for identified skin conditions.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Communicating changes in resident conditions to the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and Director of Nursing (DON).
- Monitoring and reporting on non-healing wounds.
- Updating care plans and documentation for residents with skin impairments.
- Overseeing skin integrity practices to ensure compliance with the facility's standards.
- Promoting infection control measures.
