Responsibilities

As a Clinical Decision Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical setting. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering custom care to 4-6 patients per shift
  • Coordinating care for multiple patients at a time
  • Excellent time management skills to maximize slow periods
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
  • Active Registered Nursing License in Tennessee or eNLC licensure with multistate privileges
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire

We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and previous nursing experience in acute care, urgent care, or primary care settings.
