Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and serving food at the grill station, adhering to applicable federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives orders from customers and prepares items that require minimal preparation. Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at various stations.
  • Provides service to customers in a prompt and friendly manner, following established service protocols to meet quality standards. Ensures food is served at the appropriate temperature and is visually appealing. Samples all prepared food items.
  • Follows established ticket-collection procedures during service and maintains records from the area worked during service periods.
  • Utilizes approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
  • Safely transports pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
  • Stores food in designated areas, adhering to standard wrapping, dating, and food safety procedures.
  • Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
  • Addresses customer concerns and communicates relevant information to supervisors.
  • Participates in in-service and safety meetings.
  • Maintains positive working relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
  • Performs duties safely while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
  • Adheres to location appearance guidelines.
  • Follows Levy guidelines as outlined in the team member training manual and employee handbook.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
