We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Quality Improvement Manager to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Gather and interpret data related to student health and wellbeing services, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of our health services, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Manage Peer Review Process: Oversee the peer review process for all clinical departments, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Develop and Lead Clinical Audit and Compliance Processes: Design and implement clinical audit and compliance processes to ensure that our services are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Lead Process Improvement Projects: Collaborate with staff across various departments to lead process improvement projects that enhance the delivery of our health and wellbeing services.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Requires a bachelor's degree and 4 or more years of experience in a related field, such as public health, healthcare administration, or quality improvement.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
