About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Architect to join our team at Coastal Ridge Real Estate. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our enterprise systems infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of custom solutions using various workflow and process automation platforms.
  • System integration, automation, and API management.
  • Design and implement data models from various sources (SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse).
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation and integration solutions, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders and effectively communicate complex technical information.
  • Ensure the security, compliance, and performance of our endpoints and cloud environments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed systems diagrams and documentation.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for the systems administration and support teams.
  • Manage vendors and/or outside resources that may contribute to projects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working in systems administration and/or systems engineering within an enterprise environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred certifications such as but not limited to: MCSA, MCSD, MCSE, C# Certification, Power Platform Developer Associate.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Strong knowledge of data integration and management.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or JavaScript.
  • Experience working in a multi-location, national business environment.
  • A continuous desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods such as AI.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to provide after-hours support when necessary.
