Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Distinguished Enterprise Architect to lead our Enterprise Architecture strategy and practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement an enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports growth and innovation.
  • Mature Enterprise Architecture Practice: Assess the current state of our enterprise architecture practice and identify opportunities for improvement and maturity.
  • Evolve Ways of Working: Lead initiatives to improve the ways of working within the Enterprise Architecture team, promoting agility, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Establish KPIs for Effectiveness and Value Delivery: Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the enterprise architecture team and the value delivered to the organization.
  • Architecture Development: Provide leadership and oversee the creation of a comprehensive EA blueprint that describes the current and future state architecture that supports business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with business and IT leaders to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with the business goals.
  • Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce architectural governance processes and standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, ITIL, Agile) are preferred.
  • Extensive experience in IT architecture design, implementation, and management.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or others.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business strategies.
  • Proficiency in architectural modeling tools and techniques.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical requirements and constraints.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive transformational change and innovation within an organization.
  • Project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives.
  • Experience with cloud-based architectures, enterprise-level applications, and integration technologies.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 7 years in a senior or leadership role within a large corporation.
