Key Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)
  • Collaborate with multiple agile teams, closely partnering with UX, UI, PM, and PO to finalize Rally features.
  • Develop and implement mobile content standards.
  • Participate actively in cross-functional meetings (agile team discussions, product/design syncs, content team gatherings, etc.). Pose questions, provide feedback, and advocate for content design principles.
  • Integrate relevant accessibility standards and best practices in content creation.
  • Lead and manage initiatives from inception to completion to enhance the content delivery process and organization.
  • Complete all learning center assignments at least 7 days before their due dates.
Essential Skills/Experience: (Candidates lacking these skills/experience should not be submitted.)
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and training.
  • Over 3 years of experience in online/digital content development.
  • At least 1 year of experience in content design, UX writing, and/or microcopy focused on web and mobile applications/digital platforms within an agile framework.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a proven ability to create effective content for digital interfaces and applications.
Preferred Skills/Experience: (These skills/experience are not mandatory but will be prioritized.)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • More than 3 years in content design, UX writing, and/or microcopy for web and mobile applications/digital platforms. Experience in finance is advantageous.
  • A portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered content design for both desktop and mobile applications.
  • A solid understanding of inclusive and accessible design principles.
  • Capability to conceptualize content frameworks and make informed content decisions based on user research/testing.
  • A strong passion for user-centered design and delivering solutions that cater to client needs.
  • Proficiency in crafting engaging content and responding to constructive feedback to enhance content across teams.
  • A keen interest in understanding operational mechanisms and connecting various elements.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues independently with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capacity to navigate ambiguity, work independently, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
