About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Project Manager to join our team at WSP. As a Senior Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and support staff to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure project deliverables are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asana.
