About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Cardiac Rehabilitation Coordinator to join our team at Metrowest Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day cardiac rehabilitation activities for patients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in cardiovascular disease management to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. As a Cardiac Rehab Program Manager, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop individualized rehab programs that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate cardiac rehabilitation activities for outpatients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of cardiovascular disease and its management. A degree in exercise physiology or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
