Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to assess the performance of various business segments.
  • Evaluate the performance of individual channels, platforms, or services within these segments, identifying opportunities for revenue optimization and cost efficiency.
  • Perform financial modeling to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability under different scenarios.
  • Monitor actual financial performance against forecasted targets, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations to drive performance improvement.
  • Assist in the development of long-term financial forecasts, incorporating industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure financial health and operational efficiency specific to FAST Channels, AVOD, and SVOD, such as subscriber acquisition costs (SAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), ad fill rates, and churn rates.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate financial insights and trends to senior management.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine performance metrics to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations based on analysis of market trends, competitor performance, and industry benchmarks.
  • Assist in evaluating potential investments, partnerships, and business expansion opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of business plans and investment proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with teams responsible for content acquisition, advertising sales, marketing, and product development to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial support and guidance to executives, department heads, and project leads as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in financial analysis with a heavy focus on data management; corporate finance background in media/entertainment preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, data analytics, statistics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment highly preferred.
Salary Range

$75,000 - $95,000 annually (DOE)
