Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our strategic finance team, supporting data center deal economics, long-term capacity planning, and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial analysis for data center deals, including financing and deal structures.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, articulately defending analyses on a project-by-project basis.
  • Own infrastructure reporting and forecasts, including multiregional capital expenditure models and unit economics analysis.
  • Coordinate with business development and Operations teams to track, report, and forecast infrastructure-related KPIs.
  • Generate regular reports on financial results, budget variance analysis, scenario analysis, stress tests, and KPI results, communicating analyses to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with CFO and CSO on complex projects, including large-scale capital markets and fundraising initiatives.
  • Support Accounting team on process improvements.
  • Assist in evaluating and executing on M&A and direct investment opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, applied mathematics, economics, engineering, or other business/technical major.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles.
  • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with a demonstrated track record of executing complicated financial analyses.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a preference for candidates who have interacted with management or executive-level stakeholders.
  • High level of self-sufficiency, with proven success at self-teaching and a high intellectual motor.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Mosaic.tech, Salesforce, SQL, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; no H1-B visa sponsorship available.
