About the Role:

As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for providing operational support across various departments. Your primary duties will include assisting with project management tasks, utilizing Salesforce, Smartsheet, and MS Office to complete tasks, and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in customer success, project management, operations, or a similar role
  • Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and ask questions
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset
