**Core Responsibilities:**
* Deliver person-centered care services that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident, adhering to their individualized plans and recording activities accurately and comprehensively
  • Activities of daily living (ADL)

  • Development of meaningful interpersonal relationships

  • Development of habilitation skills
  • Personal hygiene
  • Transportation

  • Leisure and recreation skills
  • Development of cooking skills
  • Implement behavioral plan
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the residence, including participating in routine maintenance tasks.* Safeguard and manage residents' personal property and financial resources responsibly.* Contribute to a culture of open communication by documenting resident and residence health records accurately and promptly, including status assessments, task analysis charts, and other necessary documents.* Engage in regular staff training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.* Uphold residents' rights and follow relevant legislation and community residence policies.* Promote a positive and inclusive team environment by fostering effective collaboration and respect among colleagues.

**Working Schedule:** Tuesday 3:00pm-8:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-10:00pm

**Estimated Salary:** $18-$20 per hour (approximately $38,000 - $42,000 per year)
