Job Overview

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual who can assist residents with daily living activities, socialization, and habilitation skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest level of care and support for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct resident care and support services as assigned
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage socialization and participation in activities and events
  • Support residents with habilitation skills, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Document resident information and progress in electronic health records
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Medication certification and first aid/CPR training preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maturity and good judgment, with ability to handle confidential information
  • Basic computer skills and experience with electronic health records
