Responsibilities: As a Home Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of home care experience, and a valid driver's license. You must also be able to pass a background check and complete a hiring process.

Benefits: Our competitive salary starts at $16 an hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. We also offer a $500 sign-on bonus after 500 hours of work, a $100 referral bonus for each successful referral, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation, holidays, and direct deposit.

Salary Information: The estimated salary range for this position is $32,640 - $43,296 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks of employment.
