Role Highlights
*Report directly to the Director of Nursing.
*Oversee and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units during your assigned shift, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
*Facilitate the execution of the care delivery model, mentor staff, and coordinate with other departments for effective communication.
*Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing staff levels for safe, continuous care while minimizing overtime and agency personnel usage.
*Engage in staff recruitment, orientation for new hires, and provide recommendations for promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with current registered nurse licensure. A minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required, with at least two years in long-term care nursing and one year in a supervisory role preferred. BSN is preferred. Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff.
