Our extensive portfolio encompasses full lifecycle support in areas such as Precision Strike, Area Effects, Airborne Sensors, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Vehicle Protection, Electronic Warfare Systems, Air and Missile Defense, Space Systems, and Intelligence and Information Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will lead the design and production of current and future radar systems. This position will involve supporting technological advancements, implementing new technologies, prototyping, and conducting demonstrations for a critical and highly visible program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Engineering, designing, analyzing, and developing specifications for radar systems.
- Defining software requirements and performing allocation calculations for complex radar systems.
- Utilizing MATLAB for radar performance analysis and reporting.
- Conducting Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) for radar models.
- Executing complex calculations and applying knowledge of practices and principles to evaluate advanced sensor system concepts, assess specifications, and perform system integration.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, computer, or electronics engineering. Acceptable alternatives include mathematics, computer science, or physics.
- A minimum of 15 years of general sensor engineering experience (12 years with an accredited master's degree, 8 years with an accredited Ph.D. degree).
- Active secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are mandatory.
- 5 or more years of experience in engineering, designing, analyzing, and developing specifications for complex radar systems.
- Familiarity with defining software requirements and allocation for complex radar systems.
- Experience in collecting radar IQ data from RF and network taps.
- Proven ability to analyze and report radar performance using MATLAB.
- Experience in performing verification, validation, and accreditation (VV&A) for radar models.
- Capability to conduct detailed complex calculations and apply knowledge of practices and principles necessary for assessing advanced radar systems concepts, specifications, and system integration.
