About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team at C-SUITE ASSISTANTS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and administration, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related position.

As a Paralegal in our firm, you will be responsible for drafting trusts and probates, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. You will also assist with researching and updating beneficiary forms, filing documents, and binding documents. Additionally, you will enter documents into our system and coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and documents.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must have a BA/BS from a college or university and a Paralegal Certificate. Strong writing skills and excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) are essential. Experience with estate planning/probate law is highly valued, as is proficiency with legal document management systems. You must also possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion.

Benefits include paid vacation time and competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. If you are a motivated and organized individual looking for a challenging opportunity, please apply.
