Job Description

As a Financial Analyst Intern at Hitachi Energy, you will play a key role in supporting the real estate function by providing high-quality data analysis and insights.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering analysis of data and providing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support the real estate function.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multiple internal customers on projects and presentations.
  • Assist with collecting and analyzing existing information and data related to all existing and new real estate assets.
  • Track and report Capital Projects using MS Excel and other tools.
  • Present findings back to the team and leadership using MS PowerPoint.
  • Conduct data gathering and reporting using MS Power BI.

Salary Range

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college/university for an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Management, or related field of study.
  • Completed coursework in Finance or Real Estate is preferred.
  • Relevant work experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, & Teams).
  • MS Power Platform (BI, Automate, Apps, & Pages).
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Teams) and collaboration techniques within these tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
