Job Overview:
Talantage, LLC seeks a seasoned Senior Real Estate Attorney to lead our Real Estate Team in preserving and creating affordable housing resources. As a vital member of the Office of General Counsel, you will provide strategic legal advice and support to our ambitious real estate development initiatives. Your expertise in complex real estate transactions and management of a team of attorneys and staff will be essential in driving our business forward.

The ideal candidate has at least 15+ years of experience working on large-scale real estate deals and supervising attorneys. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar Association are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Real Estate Team in managing all aspects of real estate transactions, including mixed-finance, mixed-use, multi-family residential, single-family home, and commercial developments.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to senior management and other organization staff on real estate matters, contracting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and other related issues.
  • Mentor and train subordinate attorneys, legal assistants, and paralegals to ensure excellent performance and growth within the team.

Compensation and Benefits:
Our estimated salary range for this position is $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
