Position Overview

Schedule: Day Shift - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate enhancements in operational processes and address inquiries
  • Provide training to clinic support personnel and administrative staff
  • Organize, design, implement, and assess educational sessions
  • Develop and maintain instructional materials
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Support competency assessments and ongoing training initiatives
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and policies

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience

Preferred Experience:

  • Experienced Medical Clerk or Patient Service Representative
  • In-depth understanding of insurance providers and billing protocols
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Typing speed of 45 words per minute
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented and productive
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to identify and rectify account discrepancies
  • Collaborative team player

Interdepartmental Contacts:

Engagement within the organization across all departments.

External interactions with insurance firms, healthcare providers, nursing facilities, patient employers, vocational rehabilitation services, and social services.
