Job Summary

WSManagement Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and organize guest rooms, including making beds, tidying bathrooms, and vacuuming. Replace bed linens, towels, and amenities as necessary.
  • Deep Cleaning Tasks: Conduct deep cleaning tasks when required, including dusting, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Housekeeping Cart Management: Stock and maintain housekeeping carts on a daily basis, ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available.
  • Waste Disposal: Manage waste disposal efficiently, adhering to hotel standards and regulations.
  • Guest Requests: Attend to special guest requests promptly and courteously, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management and task efficiency, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless service.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments as needed, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Take proper care of equipment and machinery, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
  • Team Support: Support the team to achieve common objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
