IT Application Development Manager

Ryder is seeking an experienced IT Application Development Manager to lead our technical resources in providing application support and development for Custom Integration Solutions, GeoTab APIs, and the Electric Vehicle program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical resources to deliver high-quality applications
- Oversee Scrum teams responsible for development and support of applications
- Manage a team with skills in various technologies, including .NET, Azure, API development, SQL, GeoTab platform, Appian, SharePoint, AS400, and other technologies
- Collaborate with Product Owners to fulfill overall vision of products
- Manage customer expectations and ensure process adherence
- Act as a user advocate to other internal/external IT teams
- Provide project management for single or multiple projects and/or manage vendor relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree in MBA preferred
- Seven (7) years or more experience in Application Development and IT Project Management
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Effective communication and delegation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of multi-tasking and highly organized
- Demonstrated commitment to quality execution and customer service
