- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or similar in the automotive industry (automotive experience preferred but not required).
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to think critically, and a passion for problem-solving.
- Physical Demands: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, walk, bend, kneel, lay, twist, carry, reach, stretch, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
