Customer Care Representative

Position Overview:
Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Care Representative to become a vital part of our dynamic Call Center Team. Our team is composed of enthusiastic and innovative individuals committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.
As a key player in our call center, you will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service inquiries, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Our organization has been locally owned and operated since 2003, and we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service in the residential heating and air conditioning sector. Key Responsibilities:
• Work onsite at Service Champions' Support Center
• Conduct outbound calls to current customers
• Schedule appointments with a high success rate
• Employ a solutions-oriented approach to address client needs
• Promptly respond to inbound calls from clients
• Escalate customer issues as necessary
• Meet and exceed productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
• Call Center operational hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday/Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center environment preferred
• Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in gathering information, scheduling appointments, and logging call outcomes in a client database
• Utilize provided leads to make outbound calls promoting our products and services
• Demonstrate product knowledge to highlight the solutions our company offers
• Understand customer needs and identify upselling opportunities
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions
• Exhibit sound judgment to make informed business decisions and resolve issues effectively
• Availability to work shifts that may include evenings and weekends; strong sales experience is preferred.
