Job Summary:

As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee at Penske, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales, operations, and management. You will work closely with a high-energy team to build a solid foundation in sales and operations, and will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts. You will also manage our large inventory of world-class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain a large inventory of vehicles, ensuring optimal fleet productivity and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and addressing their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented and detail-focused, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles
