At Children's Hospital Los Angeles, we are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Leader to join our team. As a leader in pediatric care, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience as a Registered Nurse in pediatric care
- BSN degree and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in California
- Current American Heart Association CPR and PALS certifications
