Join Our Team of Dedicated Professionals

We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to participate in our Transition Fellow program. This 12-16 week program includes competency-driven clinical immersion and curriculum, as well as formal mentoring and debriefing. The Transition Fellow will prepare and support the experienced nurse as they enter into a pediatric specialty area.

Program Overview

The Transition Fellow program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience for experienced nurses. Participants will gain hands-on experience in a pediatric specialty area, develop their clinical skills, and receive guidance from experienced mentors. Our primary patient populations are Liver and Kidney transplants, Intestinal Rehabilitation, Complex Care, and General Post-Surgical.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include 1 year of experience working as an RN in an acute care setting. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) is required. CA RN license and current American Heart Association BLS and PALS certification are also required.
