Purpose Statement/Position Summary:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse provides nursing assistance to the ambulatory programs of a division, managing patient flow, intake, and maintaining clinic facilities.

Employee will follow applicable policies and procedures in handling supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:

  • 1+ year pediatric nursing experience
  • Organizational skills

Education/Licensure/Certifications:

Completed licensed vocational nurse program, current license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of California, current AHA CPR card, IV certificate from the California state board, and Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Pay Scale Information:

$52,208.00-$90,178.00

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry.
