Our Warehouse Supervisors are essential to the success of the shift. Utilizing our people-centric culture and core values, you will mentor and guide a team of Warehouse Associates to achieve the industry-leading order fulfillment rate for which we are renowned.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Summary:


Plan, organize, and oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of medical products, including prescription medications and devices, sourced from suppliers to ensure timely, quality shipments to clients.


What You'll Be Engaged In:
Assist and supervise picking/order fulfillment tasks.

Oversee the unloading of delivery vehicles, inspect for damaged goods, and match purchase orders to bills of lading/packing slips.

Assist with receiving tasks, including purchase order receipts, data entry in the company’s computer system, scanning, labeling, and sorting.

Coordinate workflows, train and motivate, monitor and assess the performance of Warehouse Associates.

Document and maintain operational procedures for all tasks.

Interpret customer orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to identify items to be picked and shipped.


Conduct product inspections for outgoing orders and perform secondary quality checks on team members' orders for accuracy.

Process orders through FEDEX, UPS, and USPS online services or other approved carriers.

Monitor and verify records on incoming shipments. Ensure receiving reports accurately reflect materials received.

Maintain the workspace and equipment in a clean and orderly manner and adhere to prescribed safety regulations.

Comply with all FDA and DEA procedures and guidelines – ensure staff is educated and compliant.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Capability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities.

Proficient in effectively training, coaching, and mentoring personnel; providing timely, direct, complete, and actionable feedback to others.

Basic computer skills. Proficient in MS Office.

Able to utilize UPS/FEDEX online software.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations in various units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.


Must possess the ability to make recommendations to resolve issues effectively, using judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, or laws.

Ability to interpret a wide variety of instructions and manage multiple variables.

Ability to operate all battery-powered equipment, such as Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Pallet Riders.

Organized and efficient. Ability to prioritize and manage work effectively.

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
