About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative and back-office operations duties, including garnishments, levies, CTRs, research projects, and internal audit assistance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling bank teller transactions, including in-person, phone, chat, and email interactions.
  • Assist with the review and processing of incoming customer wire requests.
  • Offer backup support for the Customer Experience Center, Digital Services, and Concierge Services.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager on special projects.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
  • Detailed-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills are highly valued.
  • Self-motivation and critical thinking are essential qualities for success in this role.
Nice to Have
  • Branch and/or back-office operations experience.
  • Knowledge of online banking systems.
