Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the Managed Care Operations team, driving business growth and expansion through innovative strategies and partnerships.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and systems to ensure seamless delivery of health plan solutions, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence, leading and developing a high-performing team of professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations, representing Lancaster General Health as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in managed care, health insurance, or related industries, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, financial management, and analytical skills, with ability to develop and execute sound business strategies and plans.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, with ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree: Preferred.
