Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at RemX in Lancaster, PA. This position will support the location Controller on financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and all other collateral financial requirements necessary to support our business.

This is a highly visible position in the succession pipeline for top finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver comprehensive financial narratives, graphs, and analyses to senior management, translating data into clear, high-impact recommendations.
  • Transform analytical insights into actionable recommendations and presentations for senior leadership to support decision-making.
  • Analyze and interpret statistical and accounting data to assess profitability, performance against budget, and overall fiscal health and operational effectiveness.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the business unit's key drivers and propose strategies for improvement.
  • Evaluate forecasts and plans, analyze deviations, and provide insightful commentary to senior management.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reviews to support the Monthly Business Review process, collaborating with plant and executive leadership.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance processes and achieve best-in-class performance.
  • Partner with Plant and Business Unit management on both ad hoc and ongoing analyses to drive business performance.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts across the company to streamline data gathering and reporting processes.
  • Lead projects aimed at revamping systems such as pricing or standard costing processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience working in manufacturing industry.
  • At least 7 years' experience in Finance, Strategy or Consulting.
  • Experience using Power BI, Excel and financial business software like Oracle or SAP.
  • Master of Business Administration and CPA is a plus
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Passion for leading positive change throughout the organization.
  • Proactive in identifying problems and recommending solutions.
