Key Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Associate, you will represent the company in various locations, managing sales and deliveries to our established customer base while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
  1. Achieve designated sales targets.
  2. Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  3. Familiarize yourself with the company's pricing and product offerings to effectively educate clients.
  4. Utilize promotional materials to enhance sales efforts.
  5. Operate a forklift for loading and unloading products.
  6. Provide respectful and courteous service to all customers.

  8. Report market trends to management to support customer retention and growth.
  9. Process customer transactions accurately, including payments and inventory management.
  10. Perform maintenance on equipment at customer locations as per company guidelines.
  11. Follow established routing schedules diligently.
  12. Address customer complaints effectively.
  13. Manage inventory, ensuring proper product rotation and warehouse organization.
  14. Adhere to safety protocols and transportation regulations.
  15. Maintain a clean and well-kept company vehicle, following maintenance schedules.
Compensation Structure

Typical routes yield earnings averaging $80K annually, with larger routes potentially exceeding six figures.

Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Valid driver's license.
  3. Ability to pass a drug screening and maintain DOT physical certification.
  4. Acceptable driving, criminal, and credit history.
  5. Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade clients.
  6. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  7. Ability to meet deadlines and ensure timely deliveries.
  8. Attention to detail to maintain product quality.
  9. Basic mechanical skills are advantageous.
Physical Requirements
  1. Ability to see, hear, speak, and drive for extended periods, as well as lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  2. Proficient in using handheld devices for order processing.
  3. Capability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  4. Willingness to drive for long durations.
  5. Availability for occasional overnight travel as required by the route.
  6. Forklift certification is a plus.
