Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to departmental heads (Directors, Managers) in Construction, Project Management, Service, and Procurement.
  • Ensure cohesive alignment between the Project Management Organization and the Construction/Installation departments, including subcontractors.
  • Promote and enforce safe construction and installation practices in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Participate in executive committees, proposing and implementing enhancements to organizational structure, processes, and policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale commercial, industrial, and EPC construction projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and cultivate large, cross-functional teams of both internal and external professionals.
