Human Resources Coordinator Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the organization's workforce by managing a wide range of HR activities. This includes handling recruitment processes, facilitating smooth onboarding, organizing employee training, and ensuring compliance with personnel policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
  • Develop and implement employee training programs
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources work experience
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed (5-10%)
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required
